At BEARPAW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn merchandise in its original packaging. If your new boots or slippers aren't the perfect fit, our streamlined process makes exchanges and refunds quick and easy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and choose between a refund or an exchange to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original BEARPAW shoebox and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; you will receive an email once your refund is processed.
